Located in the heart of Leederville, the Foundry is a mixed used development consisting of 40 residential apartments and 4 floors of commercial tenancies. The project was completed in early-2023.
In consultation with the project developer and other stakeholders, Bright Connect was able to significantly reduce the Western Power headworks charge, in addition to designing a community energy network which includes EV charging options for residents.
Bright Connect equipped the building with on-site renewable energy generation along with superfast broadband infrastructure.
